Hi,
I ordered a new Samsung s20 on the weekend, got a confirmation email, but now nothing has happened since, I even selected all day delivery on monday when I checked out but nothing has come. Unable to get hold of O2 via any means at all.
Is there anyone that can help with this?

@PhoneOwner22 It's possible that the phone is not in stock. You'll have to speak to customer service, which these days is difficult to say the least. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
