I have had a msg to show my data has been used up but on my o2 app there shows 7gb of data remaining.

If you have a tariff with added bonus data the system automatically notifies you when you have used your base data amount even though you still have the extra data to use. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
