I topped up data with a 8G add on but it’s not showing on my app?? Does this mean I have or I don’t know? Bit confused and don’t want to buy another for no reason haha

It's probably there but systems are running slow in the current crisis. Keep rebooting your phone. Any problems then you have to try CS Guide: How to find help & contact O2
