I’ve paid my monthly bill 31st December midnight. My data still hasn’t reset. Why is this?

Have you rebooted your phone (turn off and back on again)? If it still isn't showing then you need to contact customer services I'm afraid. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Your data doesn't reset when you pay your bill. It is reset on the day your bill is generated which is 14 days before the bill due date. 

If you look in your MyO2 it will tell you how many days remaining before you get your new allowances http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
