@Alexander @stacie_20 @Nicks1984 I've checked on my end and got some advice just now, would you please be able to try turning your phone off and on again, or switch over to airplane mode and back off again, and let me know if that helps?

@Alexander

What phone do you have?

Have you swapped sim cards or still using the same one?

Have you checked that data is turned on?

Are there any error messages showing?

1st thing to try is a simple reboot of the phone.

Then, text the word ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings that get sent back.

Also, check if there are any network issues in your area O2 Service Status

I have the same problem. The online chat said it is a known issue with the tariff change. could take up to 24 hours to fix.

Good job I'm in the office today

It’s an iPhone 11, using the same one, yes it is turned on, no there is no error settings, and when I message active to 2020 it says they had a problem dealing with my request... I had this exact problem when I first got my iPhone 7 and it was something to do with my mobile data settings

Just try a reset of your network settings and check your APN is set to idata.

You could try "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If that works it means you have the wrong account setup and need to call customer service to put you onto iData.
