Hi and welcome.

Once the data is exhausted in your works bolt on then you can purchase another.

Thanks for the welcome. I've tried say adding the all rounder but that left the works bolt on to be removed on the annerversiary date, so i'm a bit lost, as i had to get that reinstated.

I have just noticed this data snack option, can you tell me if this is an option with out losing the works data bolt on ? i have read the T&C's and it looks like you can, but as with any terms wanted to be 100 % as didn't want to lose the works bolt on, thanks again for your help. slight_smile

Hi,

The bolt ons are recurring and have anniversary dates where they will refresh if you dont remove them. It wont remove by itself.

I'm not sure why your wanting to try and add another bolt on until your current one is exhausted.

Yes i was aware the current bolt on could be removed manually and was not removed automatically, (exception was adding the all rounder bolt on ) then it would have been removed on the anneversey date and replaced by the all rounder bolt on.

As for wanting more data, i was thinking when i get down to the last say 100MB of data on the works bolt on this other snack bolt on would apply itself and take over until depleated if i used that much data. slight_smile

This is what I do.

I'm on the Pay as you go go go 4G tariff with 1gb of data.

I do check my allowance via the MyO2 App and when I get a text from O2 saying I'm low on data, and then get the text saying I have exhausted my monthly allowance, I then add a 1gb bolt on which starts immediately.

My view is to keep it as simple as possible.

So when you've expended your normal data is it the snack bolt on you add ? slight_smile

Hi,

Yes, I choose 'The Works' Bolt On, to give me another 1GB of data once my tariff 1GB data has been exhausted.

T&C.

  1. A maximum of one of these Web Bolt Ons (The Basics, The All Rounder, The Works) can be added to your mobile at any one time.
