Has anyone else had their data just suddenly stop working and disappear from the my O2 app?? I spoke to O2 yesterday and they said it’s a temporary issue but it still hasn’t come back yet.......Help

Yes, I did.

I called customer service and they reset it but I had to wait for my next bill before MyO2 reset properly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
