Damaged Phone in Costa Rica it doesnt work.

I had my phone ran over today here in Costa Rica.. I am a pay monthly customer and have insurance.

Ho do I go about getting a replacement as i reside in Costa Rica for the next 3 months.

@Sanjose1 You need to speak to customer service, and also contact whoever your phone insurance is with. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus To be honest, I'm not certain they will be able to help, as you're quite a distance away, but it's worth asking. If the phone numbers in the link are inaccessible, you can call O2 from any phone for free on +44800 032 1402.

 I'm not sure they will deliver to Costa Rica and you would have to deliver the bits to them  at your own expense
