so was supposed to have my new phone delivered today. DPD tracker said delivered, but not to my address, tracked down the address but they said the DPD driver realised it was the wrong place and took it back. They was extremely shocked when I showed them the picture of proof of delivery.
They were an elderly couple so don't think their lying.
Contact DPD and have to wait to see if parcel gets rescanned in, if not then have to contact o2.
Don't know how to contact o2 for right department.
Phone on contract which was £1800+ with the interest.
I told DPD that maybe they should not have the contract if a driver cannot tell the difference between a house and a block of flats. They should teach them to read.
Any ideas best way to deal with this?
