Cutoff but unable to cvall inhouse number?

Hey guys, I'm late paying my monthly, had some bad circumstances happen with work.

Anyway, you cut my phones ability to call out then send me a text saying "call us on 2729" yet this is not possible in this circumstance.

I'm having trouble trying to contact you about this

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
