hi

I made a complaint about the loss of coverage network today and a SIM has been sent to resolve the issue

at precisely 17:00 hrs today you cut off service, without warning.

None of your " contact us " services are of any use to me as I am left with no working home, I am only able to use the internet via my home wifi.

I went to one of your shops and an agent simply said: " it happens ". Seriously ?

It's been happening SINCE I contracted your services which at £42 a month are not precisely a bargain.

Aside from not being able to contact you except by calling the 0345 number what are we left with?

Well, we are all customers here on the forum.

For some reason to which we have never had any answers, O2 systems automatically turn off a SIM when a replacement is ordered.

It's crazy and whoever wrote the new software systems needs a right telling off.

Calling customer services won't work as they are as much victims of this policy as everyone else

You can

Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
