Can't believe this has happened to me twice. Whenever I order a new SIM, my service gets cut off immediately. The new SIM takes a few days to get to me, so why does O2 cut off my service immediately? It is also so bloody difficult to get a line to call O2 on. The help links on their web just sends you in circles so you can't find the number to call them on!

This is so frustrating. Their webpage seems to be created in such a way such that you have to find your answers from their FAQs. They just don't want you to talk to their agents.
