Hello,

my partner has been emailing the credit referrals team, however is not receiving a response much to his frustration. He has a default against his name for a balance of £40 which we were completely unaware of and you claim he has not paid, however upon dispute you have been unable to locate any such account or information in his name leaving us in complete despair.  We have been thrown from pillar to post between yourselves, Experian and his bank yet still no closer to resolving this or even knowing where this has come from. We have young children and are in the process of applying for a mortgage  however we are not able to do so until this is resolved. This is causing a serious detrimental affect to both our mental well-being and we just want this resolved.
Any help or prompt to the credit referral team would be greatly appreciated.

thank you

I'd suggest you seek advice from CAB with a view to legal action.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
