Credit Check

Why does another credit check need to be done when I am already a O2 customer, & all I want to do is add another device to my account?

As there are responsible credit rules in place which means o2 need to credit check and run affordability checks. 

o2 don't just allow you to add more credit to your o2 account without checking credit files etc.

All networks do this.
