Solved: Country Prefix When Abroad

Hi, my partner and I are going to a few countries in Africa soon. We do not need the Travel bolt on as we will not be using our phones much. We both have UK registered phones, if I need to call or text her when in say Zambia should I use the UK code +44 or the Zambia code +260 ?

Just dial as normal, no code should be needed but definitely not the Zambia code.
