Coronavirus lockdown

Hello,

So everybody is on lockdown and as of today I no longer have income coming in, being self employed it’s looking like it’s going to be a while before I get any sort of help money wise, I’ve applied for universal credit but so has half the population of the uk so I can’t imagine this is going to be sorted quick so at This precise moment in time I’ve no way of paying any of my bills, has o2 anything in place for this ie payment holidays/ payment feeezing etc?

Any help would be appreciated
