How do I switch from a monthly contract to pay as you go. I have one monthly payment left on my phone?

You need to call customer service on 202 and ask for the transfer.
They will close your contract and transfer you to PAYG. You will get a new sim which must be used and you will also get your final contract bill generated.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Customer service will do it automatically when they switch it to PAYG.
