hello there is something wrong with my contract. I took an iPhone 13 and was supposed to pay £16 less. Unfortunately, I still pay £48 where it was supposed to be £16. Please check this. Thank you. The contract I signed through Unswitch was such a promotion. It was to come into effect on December 1.

We are all customers here and have no access to accounts etc.

Seems something about which you will need to contact O2 direct

What does MyO2 Web version say about your account, @Martynka3?

The first bill after an upgrade can be a bit high as they balance the old and new payment amounts.
