Why has my contract come in stating a monthly bill of £26.34 when bill agreed in store is £18.34. £7.34 per month for 6 months plus £11.00 per month for my phone please help Regards Majella

If you're on a discounted tariff you will have a bolt on to reduce your bill. 

Your myo2 will always show the full amount but the discount will come off what you pay.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
