Hi I was wondering if you would be able to help me. I’m really struggling with my phone at the moment. I’ve had my phone completely broken and I’ve got £366 left to pay on my phone and I really need a new phone ASAP it’s smashed and completely broken as my daughter threw it accross the path. Is there anyway you’d be able to help me get my contract on a new phone at all and just pay an upfront cost of a new phone and carry on my contract?? I’m really desperate for a phone and with having financial issues at the moment and going through a lot with family it’s really needed. It would be appreciated if you could help me in anyway.

@Shaunna22 If you didn't have insurance cover on the phone you most likely will still have to carry on paying for it, even though it's broken. The best thing for you to do is speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
