Hi, I’ve just upgraded my tariff to a 24 month contract but still being told that my whole contract ends on the 4th July 21 (which is the date for my old one) I’m a bit muddled on what to do, if I keep my sim in until the day it ends and carry on using it will that be the 24 month contract? I’m scared it will cost me more in price.

@Kaitz It sounds like you didn't do an upgrade, but took out a new contract. You need to speak to customer service later this morning. Call 202 from your mobile, or 0800 032 1402.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.
