I av not my march payment showin up yet so then I know much I need to pay for the 15th of April for my nxt bill cos I av just got my renewal for my contract today so I dnt know when I will get new payment on my app

Alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Best time to call is 8 am.

You should also consider setting up a Direct Debit to avoid having to remember to pay every month, which you have to do whatever the charges are.

Your bill date and payment dates won't change.

Your next bill will be adjusted to take into consideration the difference in price between your old and new contract.
