I do not want Cancel My Contract, but it's ends and I can upgrade do now, but I does not want to work with you cooperation

If you don't want to upgrade, your contract becomes a one month rolling contract, and you can keep it like that if you're happy with the current tariff you're paying. You don't need to do anything. If you have any other questions, contact customer service. The numbers are in the link below.
