Hello I have just swapped my sim over as my ex was using the phone, he is now threatening to go to the police and a solicitor for loss of earnings, the contract is in my name and I pay it. Can he do anything?

You are fully responsible for it so it is yours to do with as you wish.
You should be suing him for all the payments you have made so far wink

If he is 'losing business' then let him get his own phone and contract.

How did you manage to swap the sim if your ex was using the phone? Did you report it lost or stolen and got the new sim delivered to your address?
