I am trying to switch to o2 from 3 (better reception). I applied and got “unable to continue” message. I tried three times but same answer. The only thing I can think of is I moved house beginning of September and electoral register not caught up. I tried today again then got contact credit referral but email address is invalid. My partner got his through straight away yet we moved together done everything for change of address same time. Can anyone help me? Thanks
