Hi I would like to get a phone contract with you but my credit score isn't to great. Is there any other way I could get one with yourselves?

They might suggest you start with a sim only contract for 3-6 months before you are considered for a contract phone.

@HANNAHRIGBY1995 In the interim while you're waiting for your credit score to improve, think about buying a less expensive phone from Amazon, or a recycled phone from CEX or similar sellers.
