Hi,
my pay monthly contract finishes on 17/08/23 from sept 2021. I have called o2 and requested a pac code which will last/expire on 1/09/23. If I provide this to my new network provider on the 15/16th of august will I still be charged of a termination fee? I already paid this month payment of 20.94 on 1st of august and last month on 3rd of July. I also notified and spoke to o2 that I want to cancel my contract as I can’t afford no more in may and have now made the last payment in aug so would I still be charged an early termination fee?
