I want to make sure that when my contract ends 27th November it will actually end. I was with Vodafone before being with O2 and i remember I had to actually call up and cancel my contract, it didn't automatically end on the date it said it ran to. Do I have to call up and cancel my contract 30 days before its meant to end or will it just automatically end when it says it will?

Ayesha ☺

Contracts never just end unless you inform the network.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
