It's in the T&C's that there is a price increase in line with RPi every year in April.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Now that you mention it, I do remember that.

It's just that I am paying alot for what I have compared to everyone else. Im getting unlimited calls and texts with 1gb data for £38.40 a month now. But I know people who have unlimited calls/texts and the likes of 5gb for less.

Suppose the only option is to wait until an upgrade and hope for a better deal?

Yeah, prices change all the time and you are best place for a deal at upgrade time, esp if you call retentions and mention that you are thinking of leaving wink

I have noticed that as well.  I don't remember O2 notifying me of any price increases and suddenly my monthly payments have increased.

You can get much better contract than what they are charging you for.  I am thinking of leaving as they have not told me about the increase and to be quite honest the increase is not worth it.

If your bill is higher than expected then there are a few things to check:
- have you got any premium text charges (either wanted or not)
- have you paid for anything using charge to mobile
- did you have a discount on line rental that has run out (normally only run for minimum length of contract)
All of that should be visible on your bills. Once you know the source of the increase you can take the correct action.
