Hello,

My O2 contract ends on 19/4/22 but I just got this from O2:-

"Hello. Your minimum contract term ends on **Personal info**22. As part of our Auto-Save programme, your monthly plan will automatically go down from £40.56 to £29.99*.
You can choose to stay on the same tariff, move to another one, or switch to another provider.
For more information and some tariffs to consider: http://v.o2.co.uk/F1I1b8s5
*+RPI adjustment applies. Terms apply."

So I guess my question is "What is this Auto-Save program and why have I been placed on it without my knowledge or acceptance?!"

It's an OFCOM regulation that protects customers from paying further for a device that is already paid for.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
