Hi
My name is Angel and I was just wondering if anyone knew how to contact 02 without ringing them. As I have tried ringing them but I cant seem to get through all it does is go silent then there is 3 beeps and hangs up. I need to get hold of someone from 02 ASAP but I’m struggling. If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful. Thank you.

Hi Angel,

if you need to speak to someone with regards to your account then you will need to call them, there isnt another way currently to contact them.

I’ve tried that number but all it does it stay silent then beeps and hangs up. Thank you though.

It won’t even ring it just stays silent and beeps then hangs up so I’m not sure how I would be able to contact them at 8am

You just need to keep trying and if it rings out, hold on.
