What is the best time to try and contact - seem to be busy all the time?

do not use webchat if it's something important, its hit and miss at best! try cs between 8.00 and 8.30 in the morning for best results!

early mornings i guess, but if your having problems getting through on the phone, try the webchat. Ive used it and can recommend it.
