Contact Email that someone will respond to - Poor ...

Is there any contact details for a complaints email that is working and monitored.
The current email address listed does not work.

I havent been able to get in touch with anyone to answer a simple question on phone, live chat, complaints email, FAQs, Twitter

It is made purposely hard to speak to someone

Is there any other email addresses that can be tried? e.g. Exec team email addresses?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
