I have had an outstanding complaint since 25th August about the delayed delivery of my new phone which is still not resolved. On top of that I was supposed to receive a £46.25 credit for recycling my old phone promised on 1st September and am still waiting! I have now been offered a cheque- in this day and age 🤦‍♀️. On top of that the signal in our area, which used to be quite good is now appalling

@GillD Have you lodged a formal complaint? If not, see this: How to Complain | Help | O2 You can go the Resolver link within that link if you're not getting a positive response from O2.

As far as receiving a cheque goes, most banking apps have the option to be able to scan a cheque for deposit. I know mine does.

For how long has your signal been deficient ? 

If you check the network status for your area, you might find that work is being done on the mast and that your difficulties will be temporary.
