Charges to my account

Charges for 2.99 are being put onto my account under a name of cellfish and I want to know why. They are getting added every week and I have purchased nothing on my account

Hi @Anonymous you may have subscribed to a social media link or scam. You will need to contact cellfish for a refund & take you off their mailing list

Thankyou for the quick reply how do i get to my mailing list. As i have not subscribed only received a text saying they were going to take money and to text stop. O thought this to be a scam so did not text thinking it would not attach to my bill every month.

Get the contract details and call them for a refund and to be removed from their list.
You should also report them to the regulator as detailed in link above.
