Charged minutes on an unlimited traiff

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've been on the same unlimited minutes contract for over a year now. Last Friday I made a call to another mobile 3 times. All 3 times going straight to voicemail, calls lasted under a minute each. Checked my bill and I've been charged £1.59 for these calls!

Why would this be? It wasn't a non UK number or anything like that.

Click on my recent charges in My O2 and it will tell you exactly which calls were charged and the cost of each call.
It's more likely to be a non geographic number unless the calls were off shore, Jersey, Guernsey etc....?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Have you checked your bill details in MyO2?

If it is an incorrect charge they will refund it but most charges are to non-geographic numbers.
