Charged 4x my usual bill with no explanation why

I've been charged £37 extra on my latest bill with no explanation what it's for.

It should say on your bill what the extra charges are for @MattWarner88 .

If that doesn't work, or there is something on there you don't understand or agree with, then contact customer services by calling 202 or 0344 809 202

Best time to call is 8am UK time.

Alternatively you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype for free.

That should be something you can check in MyO2 by looking at your bill.

Otherwise contact O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202
