Charge for texting Apple (81088)

Hi,

as you can see I was charged for replying to a text from Apple. I’m assuming because it’s a premium charge, it’s Apple who would have to refund this and not O2?

That's something you need to take up with Apple @DavidAllan

I doubt either will refund you as you chose to send the text and are responsible for your own usage.

Surely Apple has a responsibility to inform their customer that it’s a premium rate number?

Yep thought as much, Apple keep telling me that it’s O2s responsibility, but I was sure it wasn’t.
