Hello. I pay £28 a month and see that a tariff of £8 a month would easily cover my usage. I tried to change on line and by phoning but cannot progress this. Any advice?

The only way to het that offer is to upgrade to a sim only when you are out of contract.

You can do that in your MyO2 when eligible https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
