A guide to cancellation here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

However as you have more than one contract you need to do this through O2. All numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Your sons will need to apply for their own contracts now and pass credit checks etc.

If your boys are staying with O2 go in store with them so they can apply for their own contracts.

Assuming they are accepted, you can then give permission to migrate their numbers to the new accounts.

I'd advise against cancelling before this as you may lose the numbers.

Migrating the numbers will automatically cancel the old contracts.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
