Hi,
I placed a request to have my new o2 number changed to my old o2 number on Saturday 6.05.2023 at 11.30. I understand it was the weekend and the bank holiday on Monday. But Tuesday has passed and my number has not transfered over. I have been trying to ring in but have been on hold for over an hour. Please help!

I managed to get through to someone at o2, who said the person who initially was to ograte my number over did it incorrectly and he will fix it. I called back again an hour later spoke to a third person and they said they original number has been disconnected.
