Hi

My tariff is outdated, I've just looked at the sim only contract deals offered to me and they were more than I was expecting.

I then went to Money Saving Expert and in their list of cheap sim only deals I find a 12 month O2 contract for only £8.00 a month that offers the same specs as the 24 month contract offered through my O2 account for £15.00 a month.

Why is it that as a long term existing customer I'm expected to pay twice as much as a new customer?

That applies to all offers on the O2 on-line Shop, @Loyaltomywallet - often cheaper to buy an O2 deal from a 3rd party, AffordableMobiles or MobilePhonesDirect, for example, unless you have to have O2 Refresh or Flexible Payment up to 36mths.

You can still have the MSE deal.

It's not just for new customers, it's just an alternative way of getting something.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
