Changed upgrade date ?

I was due to upgrade on 11/11/10 , I did this but then the following day saw the same phone with a substantial saving on another site. I contacted o2 ,they couldn't match the offer so i returned phone and cancelled upgrade. I then applied for new phone on other site only to be told i was not due for upgrade until may 2011. Still awaiting response from o2 :robotindifferent:

Are you trying to upgrade through a third party, but use the early upgrade that O2 offer when you upgrade through them?

It also takes around 5 working days to appear as returned to o2, could take longer with the weather.

it sounds like you have a 6 month early upgrade with o2 i.e a platinum customer, which is not applicable through a third party site

Ignore that, I didn't read your whole post. Phone o2 and make sure your phone is marked as returned.
