Change the account holders name

Hi I wish to change the account holders name, this is not available through the web site and suggest I contact customer services

I just initiated a chat and was immediately cut off, saying you are too busy

Well I'm busy too, but I always have time for my customers

So how do I change my account name without being told to go away?

You can only change the account holders name for things like Marriage / Divorce or other legal reasons. That is because the initial credit check would have been done in the account holder's name.

Phoning 202 or 0344 809 0202 is the best way
