I have currently pay monthly contract. I am awaiting to release new Iphone 12 but I want to change my current monthly to Sim only...

I want to know if I am on Sim whether I can upgrade when iphone 12 release? Or I have to sign new contract?

Hi @Shyam 

You can change to sim only although your device has to be paid off in full.

When you apply for a new contract, you will be probably be credit checked again as you are undertaking a new credit agreement with the phone.

Yes you can upgrade from a sim only to a refresh contract when the next iPhone is released.

If you are already on refresh now you won't need another credit check.

Will I be charged if I change my contract half way through the month? I paid a bill 10/11 days ago so it’s maybe 15 until the next one arrives.
