Change of new phone

Hi - I've just joined o2 

I received my phone but now i want to change it - i no i have a 14 day change period which I want to use but i cant get hold of anyone to sort this - can anyone help?

You will need to call im afraid, unfortunately the contact centres are running at reduced capacity, so just keep trying.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
