@Tomasz1980

You need to call customer services, and they will cancel that order for you and you will need to start again with the iPhone 13 Pro..

Call Customer Services on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Just so you are aware you will be credit checked again.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi @Tomasz1980 - this is not Customer Services, we cannot see your account or details.

You'll need to call Customer Services and talk to them, numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.15am in the UK is the best time to call if you can.

Good luck!
