please can you change my monthly direct debit date. From next month, I would like my DD to be taken on the 26th of each month NOT the 22nd.

You can change it yourself under billing in your MyO2 or by calling O2.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
