I would like to change my billing date, as I do pay the bill every month... but the current billing date is not consistent with when I have money available.  This then means i am charged a late payment amount every month.

I have tried without sucess, because of this COVID-19, to speak to someone from O2 about this but can not do so.

This is unacceptable as I keep being charged.  How can i get intouch with a o2 agent to have my billing date changed, or atleast stop charging me late payment amount?

There are numerous numbers in that guide

Try the one ending in 4005. I got through on that immediately.

I am not ringing from the o2 phone.

I am ringing from a landline.  It does not work. It takes me to a payment 0800 902 0217 takes me to a Pay as you go service... I have a pay monthly phone.

0344 809 0202 goes around many information only option, then says "Goodbye" and ends the call.

What other number do you have that i can use to contact O2 from a non o2 mobile / landline?
