Change bill date

I was just wondering how I would go about changing the date that my bill would come out of my account as at the moment it is in the middle of the month and I would prefer it to be on my pay day as would make life alot easier

Hi, you just need to call customer services on 202 and ask them to change the date.
I'd do it immediately after this months bill is taken out to avoid a double payment in the first month and also to ensure the system has enough time to process it in time for next month.
